Portland Phoenix is a local newspaper in Portland, Maine. On April 22, 2009, a Public hearing was held in Augusta to debate (the then-pending) new "same sex marriage" law in Maine. Mark Henkel, the Founder of the TruthBearer.org organization, gave a presentation at the Public hearing, speaking "Neither For Nor Against."
