But persecution will follow.
"Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution." (2_Timothy 3:12.)
"If we suffer, we shall also reign with him ((as in Revelation 20:4-6!)): if we deny him, he also will deny us: If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself. Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the WORD of TRUTH." (2_Timothy 2:12-15.)
Yet, in love, the Remnant shall obey God and all that He Commands. They cast out the fear in love, knowing the instruction in 1_John 4:18: "There is no fear in love; but PERFECT LOVE casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made PERFECT in LOVE."
The Remnant obey God's Commandments, and doing so is not grievous for them, because of love. Indeed to the Remnant, "love is the fulfilling of the law". (Romans 13:10b.)
So truly, obeying the Second of the Two Great Commandments of Jesus in Mark 12:31 to "love thy neighbor as thyself", the Remnant do "speak every man truth with his neighbor". (Ephesians 4:25b.) Yet, for "speaking the truth in love" (Ephesians 4:15a), the Remnant have been and will be accused of "heresy" for exposing the errors of the commandments and doctrines of men.
Knowing that love "rejoiceth in the truth ...((and)) believeth all things" (1_Corinthians 13:6b,7b), the Remnant follow the example of Paul, quoting him in Acts 24:14: "But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets", believing all the Holy Scriptures.
